As a neutral and independent partner, the HYPHEN team's ambition is to offer coaching, consulting, support and training services to develop the agility of individuals, communities, companies and international entities in fostering a culture of prevention, dispute resolution and conflict resolution. This mission aims to create a collective that works to consolidate, resolve and develop mutually satisfying relationships between people, so that they can collaborate and voluntarily contribute to collective projects to achieve a shared common goal through joint action in their communities, businesses and projects.

PHILOSOPHY
The origin of the word HYPHEN comes from Greek and indicates the joining of two words into a single compound. The translation of HYPHEN is hyphen, a punctuation mark used to join words. Our approach is to act as an intermediary, to mediate between two people, two parties, to bring them into agreement.
By bringing together two components/parts/elements, HYPHEN enables access to the possibilities of pooling what already exists. HYPHEN is not contained in a single element, but in the interaction between them.
